I sure am. And I feel so lucky that I got to hear and enjoy rock, pop, and r&b music from the 1950's through today as it was being released, and brand new to my ears.Fuck you guys are all old.
Great album, there is a live version of I’m a Man from the Tanglewood festival on YouTube that’s fantastic. Sadly, IMHO they were never the same after the death of Terry Kath and again in my opinion some of the cheesy ballads they did in the 80s and 90s were awful.Chicago 67
A lot of that was David Foster. The music sucked but they pulled in big bucks with Pete Cetera singing.Great album, there is a live version of I’m a Man from the Tanglewood festival on YouTube that’s fantastic. My first album. Buddy Holly and the Chirping Crickets, featuring, That'll Be The Day, Oh Boy, Maybe Baby. With my black hair and a curly q on my forehead wearing black rimmed eye glasses as age 14 trying to look like him. Yes I am that old!!Buddy Holly before I was a teenager.
However as a teenager. Tough choice but can't really go wrong picking this one.

Me almost as old. I remember we had just moved to the UK in the mid 50's and the show to watch on Saturday night was the 6.5 special. Pete Murray was one of the DJ's. He announced a new record from a new American band called "The Crickets" with That'll be the day" First time it was played on British TV. I was there man.....My first album. GFR...covered many a Soul & Motown song.............and did a pretty good job doing itGrand Funk Railroad ...Inside Lookin Out from the red album
Ok that explains it, I’ve pretty much hated everything he’s ever done. Just sounds so bland and unoriginal.A lot of that was David Foster. The music sucked but they pulled in big bucks with Pete Cetera singing.
