Vitamin D, now conclusive

Yup we are all victims. Infact 85% of the country is. You are the only enlightened one. Or the ignorant one if you believed in facts and not conspiracy theories.
Almost inevitable that men above 40 living in Canada don't get enough D vitamins. Especially as we age our gut cannot absorb nor produce enough Vitamin D1 nor D3 to have Vitamin D sufficiency.
The ONLY way to determine your level and begin accurate supplementation is to ask your Dr for a Vit D blood test. For most people that will cost about $25.
Then you start your supplementation. Then check again in 3 months and adjust accordingly. 10,000 iu is not an unusual dose to restore your Vit D in your fat reserves.
5,000 iu daily is not going to hurt you and your liver can never reach Vit D toxicity levels.
However, Vitamin K is the underknown catalyst to allow your body to use Vit D optimally.

Not to get too granular but the "Now" D3 & K2 uses the "Mark 4" K2 which is different and less bioavailable than the "Mark 7" K2 version. I use both for biodiversity (?).

I found this video very informative. Was nothing I didn't know but still he does a good job breaking it down.

I doubt you could count how many syllables are in “panacea.”
I was able to put my underwear on the right way around today.
