I was talking that before mate - but the doc said to up as my levels were still low. I have a blood test coming up so kinda curious where the levels would be now.
And I take 4,000 IU for parathyroid hormone imbalance. All the best to you for whatever you are taking it for.

Dr. Nurse educator says something and the puppets lap it up. Any of you take the time to look at the study he quotes?

It's nothing new. Vitamin D deficiency decreases the functioning of the immune system. But I'm sure that that youtube grifter convinced you that vitamin D is a better treatment than actual medicine.
Ah yes, the old “take a zero benefit / high risk injection to allegedly train your body to fight off an infection that it has already fought off vs a zero risk vitamin proven to improve your immune system” play.

Bold strategy, Cotton.

All that will happen now is the government will make vitamin D disappear.

Regardless of the study, I take Vitamin D + K2 1000 IU everyday.

It's pathetic that the tinfoil brigade is so willing to accept any quack 'cure', even those made by Big Pharma, simply to feel edgy.

People with Vitamin D deficiency are at higher risk for pretty much every disease. Having healthy vitamin D levels does not prevent covid. Being health does reduce the risk of serious outcomes but even for healthy people, the boosters do the same thing far more efficiently.

But I guess people who believe that there is a massive world conspiracy to depopulate the earth have a different ideas than trained doctors and scientists.

Is anyone getting sufficient Vitamin D from whole foods? Or is everyone generally supplementing?
I have fish often, love salmon and sardines, and about beef liver once a week.

I know people who went crazy with magnesium supplements as well, anyone else doing that?

Vitamin D is well known to be good for you.
More specifically, a vitamin D deficit is bad.

Supplementation has an unclear track record, especially to what it gets hyped as.
But it takes A LOT to get into any kind of dangerous dose, so supplementing Vitamin D is pretty rational.

This paper is pretty shit, though.

Looks that way.

How else are people going to drive up the sales of Vitamin D supplements if they don't convince people "The Man is going to BAN them!!!""
First spread by Joe Rogan and the quack doctors he has on his show.

That’s not possible since the vaccine doesn’t prevent infection or transmission.
I meant that my mom got the vaccine and the vaccine helped by not letting her symptoms become so severe that she needed to go on a ventilator etc., is what I mean.
