I can't speak with confidence about Canada, but in the U.S. NO GROUP has benefited as much as white females from Affirmative Action...and this isn't rhetoric...it is a documented ad nauseam fact...just research the hiring gains made by women in the last 40 years versus other minority groups....or college admission ratios / rates.
