Vinegar is a fermented product and has a almost unlimited shelf life .
Nope, it can go bad. Two containers that I had, sealed, turned cloudy and very foul smelling. Commercial products can sometimes be problematic. That is why some vinegars have best before dates.

If it gets cloudy and foul smelling - do what Trump suggests drink it to cure Covid :) ha ha

vinegar is usually clear - if it’s not dump it.

Ahhh - Yes different breed - infused. I drink Apple Cider Vinegar everyday (gives me my very positive rosy outlook on life :) ha ha It to is cloudy as it has “Mother” in it. But yes it’s still good (not good tasting).
Althought I never tried, apparently it makes for a good brine for chicken and other meats too.

Get some - real stuff Organic with what they call “Mother enzymes”. Great shit for me anyway:).
Digestion, joints, resistance to flu bugs (normal ones - no idea about Covid) , colds etc. I couple that with probably five to six steam baths a week with aromatherapy (different scents). Keeps this old guy feeling like a million. I don’t take pills of any kind as a rule. Everything in moderation except SEX - who can get enough of that??
I was thinking since my Fuzzy eggs have been out of work since March due to Covid - perhaps I could apply for CERB for the twins :) ha ha ha

I don't know, but the regular vinegar does wonders on the insect bits.
