They aren't really an army. They have no air force, no navy, no heavy weapons, no tanks, no drones and no artillery.

We don't pay teachers to protest or support protests. We pay them to teach.
If they want to protest for something they believe in, then take a leave of absence without pay or quit working for a school they don't like. Or here's an idea...protest during the summer break (hahahahahah yeah let's see how many stick around for that)
