That plainly is support for terrorists.
There is only one way to guide Hezbollah back on track: disarm them, the way the IRA was disarmed in Ireland, or Irgun was disarmed in Israel. Once they disarm they can be rehabilitated, the way Begin and Adams were.
Turning Lebanon into a terrorist state is not an acceptable answer, and the Lebanese are not the only ones who have a stake in that. In fact, turning Lebanon into a terrorist state is likely not going to go well for the Lebanese, most likely it ultimately leads to an invasion to restore order.
