Mental gymnastics to turn it around and blame Zelensky for something Vance and Trump started.
Its the MAGA playbook.
Trump does something.
His fanbois run around trying to intellectualize it and make it more palatable.
It seems that Saagar is a good friend of Vance's, so he's basically just scrambling to cover his friend's ass.

I'm not saying Mitch is planning anything.
He's a parrot and a troll.

But since he just acts as a puke funnel, you can see what the actual orchestrated pitch is based on what he's parroting.
Just wait. When Canada becomes the 51st state, Mitch will be appointed governor by Trump.

My comment has nothing to do with Trump.

The often repeated Hitler-Munich appeasement analogy does not apply to a situation where enormous amounts of blood was sacrificed to prevent a takeover of the Ukraine.
The U.S. and European support helped prevent that takeover.
Why wouldn't it apply, Earp?

Finns, Latvians and Swedes seem pretty fucking convinced it applies. Guess they're not as smart as you then?

Seeing as he is not in a cult and/or have tDS like our MAGA crowd, from what I've seen, he is fully capable of independent thought.
It's pretty obvious regardless of political perspective who is merely aping talking points and who has distinctive viewpoints.

The chief one being a lot of their soldiers died fighting and they were having manpower issues.
That might be true, but I'm not sure that is certain. Nor is it certain Ukrainians will support further conscription. Both sides seem to have manpower issues.

Sounds like you and others want to roll the dice on furthering a war of attrition. It's a valid opinion.

Sure didn't appeal to his subscribers...Read the comments under the video, he's getting roasted.
People have noticed that he's just trying to bail out his friend.

That said, it is pretty obvious that the Administration thinks that utilateralism (they aren't isolationists) does appeal to their fanbase.
They think they came off well here, portraying what they wanted to portray.

Good point.

Saager's commentary is hardly unique. I think you would have to agree there are clear, partisan demarcations forming in the U.S. on the Ukraine war.
And that is a problem.

You can blame Trump for that, but I think the American public has become more transactional when it comes to foreign conflicts. This I believe pre-dates Trump.
