He doesn't really believe it. If he did, he wouldn't throw them under the bus. They're women unless they rape a woman, in which case they turn into men.
As I said, it was just a suggestion.
And I did not put too much thought into it, so may be it was not a very good one.
I already stated what I believe, so don't put words in my mouth.
Then stand by your beliefs. If you really believe trans women are women, it doesnt matter what they do. They'd still be women, and would belong in a women's prison.
There are angel of death nurses convicted of killing dozens of patients. We don't throw them in a men's prison.

And I also believe trans women belong in women's prisons in accordance with their gender identity.
So I am okay with keeping them in women's prisons and possibly doing whatever they would do if a female prisoner was caught raping another female inmate.
I was merely trying to come up with another suggestion that may be agreeable to both on the fly.
He's trying to walk that back now that he realizes he's contradicting himself...
