Do you realize how ridiculous this pic is?
I know! Everyone knows that the crest would be very similar to the Waegmunding clan but they didn't really use bear or wolf fur to adorn their armour. That was more of a Ylfings clan thing. Waegmunding clans typically used squirrel or beaver fur. However, depending on whether either clan settled in close proximity to each other, they could have adopted similar styling when it came to the types of fur used. Perhaps through trade, etc.
But the embroidered crest work on the armour is what gave it away for me.
Crazy stuff.

They couldn't have staged a better shot than this one...It's right up there with the raising the flag on Iwo Jima

What's incredible is that Trump has been an arrogant blowhard for so much of his life, and before the internet, he bemoaned not being on the cover of Time magazine which once held tremendous cachet.

Who knew that decades later he would be captured in a pivotal moment in American history cementing his legacy in such an iconic fashion.

The envy and jealousy of the Rosie O'donnell's of the world (who are either forgotten or will be because they're insignificant sideshows) and their brainless radical left followers must be burning to their core.

I have no clue what you are talking about.

Trump is a weak man. A fake man. And an idiot.

Seeing a picture of him as a viking is a fucking joke.

Trump is the decline of the American empire. That's why.

I want to add. How did America come to a point where a lifetime fat fraud cheeseburger eater became to new Jesus? I mean if anyone can explain that to me I will shut up forever about Trump. I will admit that a guy who frauded a charity is our god.

I see support for Trump being a part of shift of political sentiment
from the left to the right in the western world. What makes the popularity
of Trump among other far-right leaders peculiar is the bizarre character
of Trump what would be deemed unworthy of leadership in other democracies.

Looking past Trump's character flaws his policies and agendas are not
too far out of line for the right. There is already a paradigm shift in Europe
in its immigration policy. Just look to France, the Netherlands, Denmark,
Sweden, Italy etc. Europe has shown signs of rising hostility towards migrants
(Muslims in particularly). Maybe we should feel thankful Poilievre's conservatives
are relatively moderate and that the People's Party of Canada will not stand
any chance to come to power.

Okay let me try to answer this.

I just asked chat GPT "what percentage of Americans believe in angels". Here is the response.

As of my last update, which was in January 2022, approximately 72% of Americans believed in angels according to a survey conducted by the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research. This belief in angels has been relatively stable over the years in various surveys conducted on religious beliefs in the United States. For the most current and specific data, it would be best to consult recent surveys or studies on American religious beliefs.

So basically 72% of the population are dumber than children who believe in Santa. Plus their religion is inherently hypocritical, so priests fucking children in the ass or businessmen being criminals is not obviously and immediately bad to them.

So should we really be surprised they like trump? And that is even before we start looking at the alternative - Dems who seem to be so full of dumb empathy that they are sucking dick of everyone who claims to be a minority or an underdog of any kind etc etc

I was asking a similar question about how we've come to allow men into women's bathrooms while also allowing them to compete in women's sports?

Trace the breadcrumbs back from there and I believe you will find the answers to your questions.

As my gay friend told me. It's not a choice.

I appreciate your polite response. And I do think you are totally on target.

Immigration is a huge problem. But we liberals have been saying it for years that war, poverty, and climate change will result in vast migration of population. And well... It happens. And we are not ready for it at all, which results in accommodating way too many immigrants that we can handle.

I voted twice for Harper in the past. I am fundamentally a conservator. But a Fraud like Trump never. He's lacking humanity. Harper was harsh but deep down he knew right from wrong.

Trump is not part of a political shift to the right nor to the far-right.

He is part of a shift from the radical left back to the centre. Most of his stances would have been considered left of centre 15-20 years ago.

And it's why the cries of "Orange man is a Nazi" have fallen flat.

The entire political leadership and social paradigm has made a shift to the far-left over the past decade. It's socially stifling, economically nonviable, anti-science, insufferably partisan, nonacademic, and undemocratic.

The world is too soft. One mean tweet by a man of strength will set you off into a deep dark depression while your liberal leaders destroy the economy and lead us into possible world war 3 by allowing Putin to put Ukraine men through a meat grinder and allowong a third world country Iran to stomp all over Israel.

Weak men, create hard times. Its time for strong men (Trump and Pierre) to step in and clean things up.
