What the video doesnt show is what Trump said afterwards, which was to "peacefully march to Capitol building and make their voices heard".

If Trump says march peacefully onto the Capitol and some dont listen, thats not Trump's fault

But I do agree with the question of how does someone carrying an AR-15 style rifle get up on a roof, with a line of sight shot to the podium, without being seen?
Add to this he was apparently pointed out by spectators to officers who approached him, but he aimed his rifle at them causing them to back off, he then turned and opened fire at the podium.
Why did the officers not announce over the radio that there was a suspect with a gun on the roof west of the podium.
