What I posted is both a politically and scientifically accurate description of the issue.

So then sex is an immutable trait. It is not "assigned" by anyone. It is identified at birth. There is no ambiguity.
Athletic competition is restricted to members of the same sex. Regardless of what your self-described gender is.
This is the crux of the issue. Politics and science are not the same thing. Politics is done by consensus. Science is done by evidence.
If 99% of scientists believed the world is flat, and one scientist came along and proved the world is round. Guess what? He is right. Fuck the consensus.

There are lots of species that change sex naturally.
Just as the judge noted there are 30 intersex human possibilities.
Your 1% scientist still has to have enough evidence that the other 99% will accept his theory before they change theirs.

We're not talking about intersex people who are a statistically insignificant proportion of the population.
We're talking about biological men competing against biological women. Stop conflating intersex people with men in drag.
Sport has always been categorized by sex since the beginning of sports competition, not gender.
Intersex people are both male and female as the word "intersex" indicates. They're not a third gender or sex. Remember, there are only two sexes/genders.This is from a judge who educated trump's lawyer on gender.

One trans athlete is enough to smash women's athletic records for all time. Because men and women are built differently.
We've already seen this, in spite of trans athletes being a teeny tiny proportion of athletes.
Men = male
Women = female
In sport, sex corresponds with gender. There are only two sexes and two genders.
