This is one of Top5's songs that's nearly a year old and has close to 3 million views on YouTube. At 1:45 the featured rapper WhyG's verse starts and he disses deceased rapper Smoke Dawg as he goes on, "Eh like I wonder how his head cracked, I seen his brains on the floor on snapchat, Eh can't even lie had to rewind that." He even lies on the ground to mock the incident. Ironically, WhyG was nabbed in the states due to a Toronto warrant and he subsequently beat all the charges. Top5 could get lucky like his friend.

I don't doubt he'll be out. Same with WhyG, they let him run around Canada while being the lead suspect for murder.
I updated my post. WhyG beat all his charges, he was also picked up in the states, then sent home to face the music. Almost the same scenario as Top5.
To be honest I can't even keep up anymore. Last I heard he was caught Yukon for drugs.
I think he does spend quite a bit of time down there, as well as on the west coast. It's safer for him.
His friend Pressa better keep his ass south of the border, he has a huge target on his back.

He's actually not very tough when he's not with his boys. The guy is known for running his mouth on iglive. The real hitters in the crew are locked up. He was in Windsor the last time he got arrested, all while dissing people in Toronto.

I hope a fake passport. Cuz then that would mean that his passport wasn’t flagged as a criminal. Their supposed to scan those things I believe.
Or he snuck in somehow through an unmanned border crossing, car trunk/boat, smuggler.
