Trump seems to think that Pence can actually change the result, he can't. But in spite of being so sure that Pence has the power to do so he doesn't actually know if Pence will 'come through' for him LOL!
Just watch he's going to throw even his most loyal follower under the bus tomorrow after Pence 'did nothing' to change the result. Just another person to blame for loss, afterall his failings are never his own.
