Look at the decline between Jan 14 and mid-March (when the mandate officially ended). While masks were mandatory, cases decreased by 79%.
That massive decrease was lost after the mandate ended and the slight decline since then seems to be consistent with vaccination rates than anything to do with masks.
Game, set & match.

Time for this farce of a thread to end.

Yeah, and then look at the huge INCLINE from October to January when everyone was wearing masks

The natural immunity in non vaccinated people who have recovered from covid19 is ever growing in Texas, so that's another factor keeping vulnerable Texans safer from being infected in addition to the ever growing numbers who have immunity via vaccines, correct. These factors have been working, more & more, in Texas to keep the numbers of infections etc down.
Another factor Darth Nasty failed to take into account.

I didn't have to look at your graph to know that you should have said "increase" or "decrease" instead of the non-specific "incline" which can mean either.
But you obviously knew I meant increase. If not, you're not very intelligent 😂

I was intelligent enough not to try to interpret an ambiguous word any which way. I just knew that your use of the word incline was a poor choice, and that was the sole purpose of my post.

You mad, bro? 😂

Well how can this possibly be? These 'Neanderthals' opened up restaurants and stadiums and no longer required masks to worn in public places. And for that the state of Texas recorded zero daily deaths. Yes you read that right a big fat zero. At the very least this should raise the question on the efficacy of masks.

Only mildly. One example is one example.
I'm glad Texas dodged a bullet here.

Not mad, bro. But incline is acceptable grammar in this case.

Cheers, bro

You're not allowed to question that. The experts are always right and know everything.
Especially when it comes to a new virus like Covid, they know it all 😂

Plenty of mask wearers and plenty of vaccinated people.

50% of the state 12+ has had at least one dose and 40% fully vaccinated.

They opened up March 10. At that time I don't believe they were even at 20% of their population vaccinated. Everyone thought they were crazy but infections and hospitalizations continued to decline. Once again CDC and Messiah Fauci with egg on their face.
