Like Karolina Muchova, Beatriz Haddad Maia is hoping to create an upset of her own when she faces Iga Swiatek in the Roland Garros semifinals.

People, there's a reason that the men's finals is always on the last day. It's called more excitement. It's the climax of the event. The women never, ever, ever are scheduled to play on the last day.

Iga wins her third French Open Title, but did the WTA catch a break?

Initially Iga's older sister Agata was being groomed as a tennis professional - that ended when she sustained an ACL injury. Agata was in attendance today, she's so much bigger than her younger sister. If she had Iga's agility, she would have been a nightmare to play against.



Agata is currently studying dentistry at the University of Lublin.

Djokovic is incredible. And come to think he missed the Australian Open in 2021 and the US Open last year due to Covid vaccination rules.

That's what makes Novak's win so impressive. His mental toughness is pure titanium.

Novak Djokovic is fanatical about his fitness, I can't blame him for not wanting to take the vaccine.

When he first got promoted to the ATP he was brittle, a myriad of injuries kept him from progressing. His raw talent allowed him to win the 2008 AO, he would not win another in almost three years. During that time he took toxin tests, it was determined that glutten did him harm, milk and refined sugar were not much better. He became a vegan, since then he's won 22 Majors.

Since there is another Joker rising to prominence, let's call Novak Joker I. He's been conversing with Nikola (Joker II), giving him advice on diplomacy. Nikola Jokic's training regime is closer to Iga Swaitek than to Joker I.

Joker also goes against the grain when getting food energy during a match. Most players eat bananas, Joker I eats dates.
