It's always weird when someone tries to tell you what you are saying even after you clarified it. I've been saying the Canadian telecoms grew organically, but there is no foreign competition. How can I say it so you won't quibble with the words? Rogers, Bell and Telus are protected from foreign competition. What do you mean they did not develop organically?
I question your comprehension and your ability to have a straightforward conversation with members who don't share your views.
You can explain the lack of foreign investment in Canadian telecom and banking anyway you want. Perhaps, it's just a market overlooked by larger American, European and Japanese telecoms and banks. Rather I think there are regulatory impediments that close access to the market. I wasn't the first one to point it out on this thread.Sounds like mental gymnastics to me frankly.
Sometimes you just have to concede an obvious observation.
