Those are not stats. I asked you for stats.

Something like this would be official stats:

Those are not stats. I asked you for stats.

Answer the question, please
You're trolling as you repeat that repeatedly & know very well it has already been addressed. As anyone who has read the thread can see.

That doesn't make sense. I thought that their previous approach was so successful (3 or 4 countries out of 40 were doing worse) and they'd achieved herd immunity. Colour me baffled.
The Swedish approach is the same failure now than it was in April.

Their number of cases now are almost 3X higher than what it was during the peak they had in June.

June 24--------------1,698
November 4-------4,497

The 7 day average of the number of cases in Sweden has been on a steady increase since beginning of September being almost 20X higher now as of their last day of reporting cases November 5th, it's almost 3X higher than their peak in June.

June 24------------------1,076
September 1----------162
November 5-----------3,068

Of course by some "Stable Genius's' rational thinking measure this is proof of Sweden success and herd immunity :ROFLMAO:
At this point people would have to be mouth pieces or completely out of touch with scientific data/facts to claim Sweden's approach was the correct one, when compared to their Nordic bordering neighbours Denmark, Finland, Norway who all saw the spread of the Coronavirus in the same timeline and they have much more similarities to one another than other countries Sweden has has faired much worse in all categories regarding COVID and their economy has shrunk just as much as those.

Still waiting for official stats
And trump is still waiting for election results he likes.

A couple things you won't like.

Sweden has the highest level of trust in other people

And specifically on topic (though a few years old - 2012) Sweden has the second highest trust in government in Europe.

Good enough for you?

Love the cherry picked data. in the real world, Sweden's daily cases are around 3 times the spring peak. Death shave also climbed at a similar rate since August.
Actually its you who's cherry-picking data when you ONLY compare Sweden to Norway, Denmark and Finland.

You need to look at other EU countries as well

Says the guy who keeps telling us Sweden was amazing because there were 3 countries in Europe worse off and ignoring there were only 3 countries worse in all of Europe.

I have actually repeatedly said its too early to say whether Sweden is a success story or not

Now that they have turned towards more of a lockdown strategy they may start having success.

Unlike their earlier pandemic failure.
Yeah, it might even be as successful as Canada or GB or maybe even France. Oh, btw. The Chinese virus is sweeping through the LTC facilities in the GTA. AGAIN. How can that be with them masks in vouge and the gathering places closed?

Except for all those posts where you were praising their plan and claiming they had achieved herd immunity
If there is no vaccine within the next 5 to 10 years, then herd immunity is the only way to go, and Sweden will have a huge head start on the rest of the world.

Thats kinda the argument I'm trying to make, except you're too slow on the uptake to comprehend

Yeah, if Canada or GB or even France had employed Sweden's failure of a strategy they'd be far worse off now. Thankfully many people in the former three wore masks & cooperated with the shutdowns.

McNasty's opinion that "masks don't do shit" exposed, refuted & proven wrong yet again:
