Its always been a bit of a grind and a numbers game on there.
If you're able to meet asap (within 1-2 days of a message) that bumps up your success rate quite a bit. Most of them are tired of wasting time on there.

Right, I present the first call with them as more of a qualification call. I'm saying indirectly, that I want to have a quick chat, make sure you're normal and if I like you, we can set something up.
But I present this indirectly and not super direct, ex. I've met some weird ppl on here! (I'm sure they have as well). Let's setup a quick video chat and if all goes well, we can setup something very soon/asap.
