How about that header by CR7. That guy is incredible. He heads the ball most times before anybody even jumps. Pele is the greatest of all time followed by Maradona. But CR7 is the greatest goal scorer of all time.

CR7's athletic ability are just incredible. I can only think of Zlatan to pair him on that. But CR7 is an even better goal scorer than Zlatan by far.

But greatest goal scorer? I think from the stats and from player with more than 10 years of play no one has a better goal per game average than Messi. Wouldn't that make him the greatest goal scorer? And what amazed me from Messi is that ne never played as a pure striker, just as a forward even sometimes we could say a attacking mid-fielder. On the other hand we need to say that CR7 succeeded with 3 different teams from 3 different leagues. That's a feat no one has done but him. So tough call on who's the best of all time

Due to Napoli winning the Italian Cup, they got a CL berth. That put Milan in 5th place having to qualify for the Europa League. The Ac Milan announcer Armando Gegio is hilarious.

Gabbia and Kaluli are both very young neither can cover Lukaku man to man. Mussachio and Conti are also injured. I only got to see the last 20 minutes of Napoli - Atalanta, Insigne didn't play but they don't lose anything with Hirving Lozano. He's Mexican but gets an Italian passport through heritage. He qualifies as an EU player. I'm impressed with Victor Ousimhen, he's Balotelli with brains.

Talk about someone overcoming grave adversity to reach the top. He was solid in defense keeping the highly talented Haaland off the scoresheet for most of the game. Prior to last season he was a journeyman, having his best year with Chievo Verona. He didn't stick with Milan, he was shipped first to Genoa then to Sassuolo. It was at Sassuolo that he was diagnosed with testicular cancer, he beat it and it caused a turn around in his career. From Sassuolo he moved to Lazio in 2018, he's been a stalwart defender ever since.
