Remember when Rogers promised not to raise Mobilicity and ChatR pricing for 2 years?Yeah, Rogers promised they will hold off raising prices for Freedome Mobile customers for 3 years. I bet that was written on the fly on a napkin, to be tossed away as soon as the deal is signed and sealed. I am on a legacy Freedom Mobile plan as one of the early subscribers at $29 per month unlimited 5GB data (then 128 kbs thereafter) so this deal will affect me if it goes through.
I also have a Roger's mobile plan so I will get screwed on both sides.
In both cases prices increased EARLY
Rogers calculated they made more $$$ that way, even paying out the CCTS penalties on the approx 20% who complained
