There is nothing special about him. But he didn't look or act heated. It didn't look like he was about to commit a crime, he had not declared that he was intending on committing a crime and he had not committed a crime to that point.

The way I read what happened according to your explanation is that they speculated that he was about to commit a crime with no evidence to support that speculation. If he actually did intend to (conspiracy to commit a crime, I believe?), they must have had to have read his mind to reach that conclusion, hence my previous comment about the "thought police".

2) The HRW report you quote says they have also reported on Israeli crimes against humanity, which give them the same severity.
Previous Human Rights Watch reports have addressed numerous serious violations by Israeli forces in Gaza since October 7.
3) I don't use racist, colonial language like calling people 'savages'. That's your language.
