I think Pierre is a whiny, flip flopping Trump follower who has never held a real job his entire life, yet I would have voted for a conservative candidate just to get rid of Trudeau.
Carney is an experienced money man who has held high level positions with companies and governments in foreign countries as well as in Canada and from what I have seen of him since being elected leader of the Liberal party, I would now vote for a Liberal candidate in my riding.
PP in my opinion would give Trump whatever Trump asked for.
As i have stated before I try to vote for the candidate that I think will screw things up the least.
This is what I am finding with a lot of people who were going to vote PC before. They were voting against Trudeau, not for PP. now that Trudeau is out, PP is losing all those votes.
The far right loons on terb never change their minds about anything. They have simply replaced their HATE for Trudeau with HATE for Carney without missing a beat. It’s almost as though it was never about Trudeau for these guys in the first place; it’s more about the need for an enemy.

The Poilievre campaign strategists made a grave error when they decided to keep on attacking the Liberals than pivoting to attacking Trump...Their plan worked well to decimate Trudeau but the Carney campaign has done an end run around them. Really brilliant stuff by them..They're good though. They kept that inept Justin in power for 9 years so you have to give Butts, Telford and the crew props for that.
Anybody who thinks Carney can reasonably take on Trump is going to be in for a rude awakening I'm afraid..The Leftist horde will laud their chosen ideology but Canada will suffer with the Liberal post nationalistic/ woke agenda.

Carney and Trudeau are closely aligned, politically. Both Liberal elites. Carney's policies will not be much different from Trudeau's. We would get another 4 years of the same. Do Canadians really want that?
