Open Discussion: Increasing Average Rates Getting Too High?

Looking at it a different way. What is it compared to some alternatives?

Lap Dances are (I think still) $20 per song or 3 minutes say. So....1/2 hour would be 30 minutes or x10. $20 x 10 = $200.

So, it'd cost you $200 for a 1/2 hour of lap dances OR $200 for a 1/2 on an Escort. I know which one I'd take.

Well, yeah, that's a no-brainer lol I personally just think that $200/hh is too high a price for unknown/unreviewed ladies to be asking for when it comes to TOFTT That's my overall opinion and why I started this discussion.

Doesn't really have anything to do with established ladies who are well reviewed and actually care about their quality of service. Cause yeah, as already mentioned there are plenty of great SPs who charge less or about the same.

When there’s another review board or two out there as well as well as couple private boards and a private discord or two and they could be known to other clients. Thank you again to both yourself and @ashlee. for the info you have shared. It is all very valuable and insightful into what it's like on the flip side of the coin. Definitely has helped me reshape my perspective a bit and adjust my expectations.

I would also like to reiterate that I meant no ill-will in bringing this topic up. I in no way meant for it to come off as complaining or bemoaning the subject. I simply noticed seeing the price more and more commonly and wanted people to weigh in on my observation with their own thoughts and opinions.

From our perspective, it's such a crap-shoot most of the time as I know you're aware. It truly is a gamble. We just ultimately want to make sure our hard-earned money is going to the right ladies. Sometimes, it's hard to tell if the price is going to be worth the bet.

Prices are going up for everything, that’s a fact. What is also a fact is buying has become more selective.

I’ve been looking at new cars, starting at 60k to 75k. What I realized after months of comparing and test driving is that I’m totally fine with a $35k car. A 75k car is too much car. I have a friend that only drives 150k+ cars and that’s great.
Just like $35 whiskey is fine I don’t need $120 whiskey. Etc etc.

I have a nice friend that’s $140 and fits my lifestyle perfectly. I don’t need $350+ friends. I can’t tell the difference and the end result is exactly the same to me. Others will disagree and that’s cool.

We each have our own lives and as the saying goes, whatever floats your boat.

Of course all good. My post sometimes come across as angry but that is rarely the case. Only things that usually make me truly mad are sexual assault related threads or making fun of mental illness. That kind of stuff. Debate, even on rates, doesn’t get me mad. LOL.

I was guilty of saying an escorts rates were low but it was more about the OP saying we all need to be like her. I apologized to her in a sincere way because it is none of my business what a women charges. We are all different and do what works for ourselves as individuals. There is someone for everyone and I should of minded my own business what works for some my not work for another. I worked in Toronto along time and understand that Durham Region terb members ( not all) think this means a person should have low rates. I understand why there are fewer and fewer escorts in Durham and unfortunately some are not allowed to choose their rates and have to see clients back to back all day long. They dont even enjoy the job but some guys dont care they just need to put their dick in a hole and do not care about that woman's wellbeing or anything else really. I am not taking about the independents on here before someone takes that the wrong way. I didn't bitch about the rate of another because I am suffering I just felt like it was manipulation on the O.Ps part on that thread( in the Durham region section of course) to convince everyone they need to be at that price range . We all can decide what our worth is and durham does make it harder for some who would probably like to charge more but feel they can't. I do get my rates and am happy with my prices and so are my clients they never say to me you should be less because you are in Durham. You cannot even put a price tag on what escorts do. If you cannot afford someone you just see someone you can afford. Its simple.

So I wanted to post this as an open discussion (mostly) and a poll.

So back in 2016/17 when I started this hobby the average price for a. HH GFE was about 100/120. Then it went up to 140. Then it went up to 150/160. But now, most ladies I inquire with are charging 200/HH!? For nothing more than a basic GFE experience. Most of them barely even deliver that and some are charging those rates for just a cbj and fs, not even GFE.

Now, I know there are a lot of variables that play in to this and I know that there is a level of subjectivity as well. I also know that there are always going to be guys who will pay whatever for whatever without even thinking twice. But like goddamn.

Now, I'm all for paying people for their services and experience regardless of industry. I also know that partaking in this hobby is a luxury. However, how is it realistic that the average rate is now 200/HH? I understand well-reviewed ladies charging a bit more than average. I understand agencies charging a bit more than average. I understand the elite high-class escorts charging what they charge. But for your average run of the mill GFE?

Now I know there are guys on here who live by only seeing 60, 80, 100 ladies. I have no bloody idea how. But you guys aren't the guys I'm wanting to have in this discussion. This discussion is mostly for those of us who are willing to pay the average rates or even a bit more as well as any ladies who want to chime in.

I know there's very little we can do to stop the rates from getting too high but at what point, for the average client, is it too much?

200*4 hh=800 a day. Let say its 5 day work week its 4k per week, 12k per month of 3 weeks. Thats 144k a year

So no sick days, no slow days, no holidays, no expenses like incall costs or advertising. How do you not calculate for any of that? Sure you allowed for only 3 weeks for a period week but gave no room for anything else.

You missed the point. If she takes holidays or has days where she is sick, she is not working the amount he quoted. Meaning she is not making the amount he stated. Not hard to figure out. I’m not complaining about those days. Just pointing how it makes his calculations wrong.

Are you equally mad at tradesmen or government works or police officers who make large salaries???? Not everyone works at Walmart. Seems a little hypocritical to me.

Agreed. I just don’t think it should be complaining that rates are too high because people think that escorts are making too much money. Who has the right to complain about someone else’s income??? Are ladies supoose to lower their rates so they don’t make over a certain amount a year just to appease men who have a problem with their overall income????

If the girl is offering shit service, I wouldn’t pay her a dollar. I have been very vocal about my dislike for ladies who give crappy service and feel entitled to a guy wallet. So on that point I agree. But I won’t sit back when men are simply bitching about rates because they don’t like how much a lady makes in general.

The services have to match the price as well as the willingness for the buyer to spend that money. When all 3 are on point, like Ashlee (good example) it works out well for both parties and that is exactly how it should be.

I mean look at how everything has gone up. Basic gas and food and housing. I agree this is the sole income for a lot of girls in the city or outside so charging a little higher is not a harsh behaviour.

The above captures my sentiment on the subject. If you have to see the hottest , most popular smoke-shows of the moment or if you have to buy the most expensive designer brand you should expect to pay up. And furthermore I have ZERO SYMPATHY for the complainers about price. Keep seeing the upper tier providers and PAY UP. By continuing to pay up it means that there is less competition for times with the fantastic ladies that I see on a very frequent basis at prices as indicated by the above poster. They are not that busy [ even though they deserve to be ] and are happy to see me.
