Do you tip your SP?

Folks who visit spas and clubs, do you usually tip your SP after the session? I can see a lot of SPs living in shared apartments or rooms. Some are students and with Ford's new OSAP's limitations, many will be under more financial stress and they deserve support.
From other prospective, clubs are charging average of $200/h. Any idea what the percentage released to the SP? Asking just to assess the reasonable tip strategy.
I always tip based on service but want more insights to help deciding the amount.

I always tip except at Asian places where the price asked when you arrive turns out higher than what they advertised.

I only tip the Asian ladies at the amps , never ever a sp ,not for sexflation

I never haggle the price, and I don't tip, and I've never had a problem. My biggest issue is if the menu isn't clear.

I usually tip at AMPs - that’s all I’m seeing these days. I typically tip $20.
