Sounds like the Board and the Teachers' Union worked out a deal. He got transferred to a new area and he stopped dressing as a woman and in return, the Board didn't try to fire him.

TBH, he does come across as a major asshole. I can only guess how he behaves to his colleagues. He must be pretty unpopular with his teacher peers. He embarrasses the entire department.
But he's now dressing like a guy. Which undermines his pitch that he is transitioning into being a lady.

It seems that he was scamming the Board into paying him a massive severance to just fuck off.
I am guessing that the Board had a policy which prevented it from firing trans women teachers. So Busty dressed as the most ludicrously outrageous trans woman he could in order to cause a crisis and get a massive buyout, just so the board could rid itself of an embarrassment. But he was stalked and outed as a false transsexual of devious intentions and that probably caused him to cut a deal.
But if he dresses like a lady again, the Board can just say that they know he isn't really trans and wack him for dress code violations and fire his ass.... or boobs, if you will.
I think part of the deal is that he has to dress like a dude and teach in another district and a transfer was arranged for him.
All the power to the board in this case.
They let him get bored of his trolling rather than pay him off.

Hardly. Plenty on the left that support trans rights were also critical of this guy. He had a handful of people rush to his defence.
I think he had his sights set a lot higher than just 4 months.The Halton board did pay him off. Busty sat at home on paid leave, for the last 4 months of the previous school year.
They probably knew when we knew, when he was outed in news items.
And then they had to brief the lawyers and go to the arbitration meeting with the union reps. 4 months is nothing.

They had all that security because right wing people have been hyping this up for a year and causing lots of people to come in and protest at the previous school, so they are worried about it happening again. Once someone becomes a hate fetish object, that can continue for years. The parents need to be warned because people were already whipping up outrage that he was at a new school.
4 month buy out is actually really large. Which suggest board knows they screwed up large and that’s hush money.

4 months or say 16-17 weeks pay, when the minimum is 1/week per year……if he fights it courts will look at age, and likely hood of finding similar etc etc. He may also be contract. Some new teachers go 5-7 years before getting full time. So they would likely be on the hook for less.

Some screwed up guy, thinks pretending to be trans to prove a point is a good idea. The board and many in the public seemingly defend him. Until he is outed or comes out. ?? Wtf any other board whether he straight, or Trans, or the kind of teacher that would choose a classroom as a political podium for 15 minutes of fame, or to stick it to someone/something as a lark, farce..whichever

As for warning parents. Hell yes. All kinds of liability if anything happens. I’d also be furious if my kid went to school, and I found out weeks down the road from them, he/she/it/they was teaching there frommy kids or online.

Maybe just me. But when I read things by others I’m not sure of, or surprise me and I don’t take it at face value. I tend to check for myself first. I like learning. Always something new to learn.
