I'm just going to say this: I don't thin any political ideology would be able to handle this situation well. We (rightfully) have laws that prevent discrimination for things like sexual orientation. We also don't know why this person was wearing such grotesque fake breasts. Was it a FUCK YOU to the left? A way to troll the right? Was there any political reason at all? I mean, maybe they were about to be fired or downsizes, so they jumped on the trans bandwagon and dared the school to fuck with them and face a wrongful dismissal or human rights complaint.
Personally, I have no problem with trans people. I don't believe the stupid spin that they are mutilating children, because we know that most of the surgical procedures (despite what Libs of TikTok says) are not done on children. But, I think this person was trying to make a statement and is likely not a member of the LGBTQ community. I mean, who would willingly look like that, unless you were a porn star? Most women with breasts that large get reduction surgery because it just impedes them living a normal life. On many levels, this feels like a protests of some sort, like when high school boys wear skirts because the dress code doesn't allow shorts...or something like that....
And, until this person explains themselves, we just keep talking about it all.

Actually I'd argue the board handled it well.
They didn't make a stink and let boobs work in their trolling costume. They didn't try to get them fired or removed, didn't go to the press and generally did the best thing you can with trolls. Ignore them.
I think the part that is still unclear is not only this person's motivation, but what limits was the board under?
They possibly did fuck this up completely, but it has never been entirely clear what was actually going on.
If boobs is a right wing troll then it was only a matter of time before the went on long term leave.

That’s true regarding the board. I mean, we don’t know what their lawyers advised them, and they obviously want to avoid any legal act. I’m not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV, so I really can’t say how this aspect of employment law works. The little I know is replete with verbiage of "hard bright lines", "fair warnings" and "clear rules".
If there was no dress code for trans persons in HD - maybe because no teacher had ever been a trans person in Halton - then Boobs is probably immune from firing, at least until the board sets out a code and gives Boobs fair warning.
Boobs "gets away with it". OTOH 1 teacher salary is a drop in the ocean in a municipality of about 600,000 people. And Boobs is absolutely fucking unemployable after this. He's got no viable career and he's a dude in his 30's or 40's. So who's the dumdum here?
The thing is there shouldn't be rules specifically for trans people. The rule should be either about the huge fake tits and I have no idea how that rule would be worded.
If a small breasted woman teacher wore them it would be as much of an issue IMO. Of course the trans thing is a big trigger to the rage farmers so it got far more attention.
This is why I think the board has done well, not allow this to become a big scandal other than with a small crowd of extreme right wingers.
