Which NHL player received a full share of playoffs money and had his name added to the Stanley Cup for a season in which he played no regular season nor playoff games?

Roy Edwards- Chicago
Correct!, but...

There is another.jpg

Per wikipedia, " In 1960 [Edwards] became property of the Chicago Black Hawks. His name was engraved on the Stanley Cup in 1961 even though he never played a single game for Chicago". This information is not included on his stats page on hockey-reference(dot)com

Glenn Hall played every goaltending minute for the 1960-61 Black Hawks. I can't confirm or deny if Edwards received a full share of that year's playoff money.

Which two former Toronto Blue Jays who each hit for the Cycle at least once in their Major League career were traded for each other, with John McDonald as ballast?

Nope.

Grebeck never hit for the Cycle, and he was never traded for anyone.
I looked it up. I confused Grebek for another BJ 2nd baseman, Jeff Frye.

Jeff Frye DID hit for the Cycle, (as a Blue Jay), during his last Major League season. Note the wording of the question. The two players traded for each other did not necessarily hit for the Cycle while playing for the Blue Jays.

Are you including pre 1969 when it was just WS? If so my guess would be Babe Ruth.

Shane Churla.

He had 2,301 penalty minutes in 488 games, (4.71 per game).
Wow that's a tough one. Literally and figuratively. Basically a 5 minute fighting major per game. What a goon

Which pitcher failed to retire any of the five batters he faced in his first Major League start, then pitched a no-hitter in his second start?
Wilson Alvarez.

Alvarez was the first player born in the 1970's to play in the Major Leagues. In his debut on July 24, 1989, he started for the Texas Rangers, walking 2 and giving up 3 hits, (2 HRs), vs the Blue Jays before being relieved. He was traded to the White Sox before his next big league start in 1991, and pitched a no-hitter in his first game for the Chisox.
