Why is it Hispanics (not the wealthiest Americans) have even lower rates than Whites in the US..... better access to healthcare?

Reporting how bad the results of American healthcare are is a job for technicians; they should be reporting to leaders determined to improve those numbers. Currently there seem to be no technicians, just propagandista nd apologists reporting to the smugly complacent.

So Ann is advocating the elimination of preemie deaths by taking the money that would have been spent on the healthcare system and just giving it to poor or single black mothers.
