So…are you saying the Indian government implemented a formal extradition request? I’m not seeing any indication of that happening.
I think the list was exactly what it sounds like. Modi assumes every world leader operates like a mob boss because that’s what he does.
I think it is perfectly appropriate to raise the issue of Canadian citizens being a part of Khalistani movement, provide a dossier or whatever with details with a possible extradition request down the road. I don't think they were asking for those people to be handed over. Rather, they were bringing to Trudeau's notice - that is my understanding. I obviously dont have exact details of what was handed over and what was requested other than reading about it on the news where they use colloquialism.
You seem to think Modi is like Idi Amin or some other uneducated leader. These are experienced, seasoned politicians who are democratically elected and know how to do things. And they are not authoritarian. They follow the rule of law in India.

We are all the same genetically, there is as much genetic diversity within in one population of the same skin colour as there is within any other group of humans.
Move any group of humans closer to the poles and over 50 generations their skin colour will also change.
