We are shutting down without concentrating on the high at risk population. Btw, the vaccine should go to the at risk people only. That way there will be enough doses that can be quickly delivered and do the most good. The blanket shutdowns DO NOT WORK when the big box stores are open, the public transit is functioning, international travel allowed and schools kept open., etc. Even a moron can figure this out by now!
