What happens to Escorts after they retire? I'm sure many of you wonder where we go when we leave and why we got into the business in the first place. After 3 years since my career as an SP and MP, I thought I would share with you why I got in (that's what he said?) and out of the business, and what has happened to me since.

Why should you read this? Many of you were my clients.

I started originally in a massage parlour in downtown Toronto to get out of the credit card debt that I had stupidly accumulated throughout university. I was roughly $20,000 in the hole and not quite sure what to do about it. I was 22ish at the time and about as naive as they come. High school class president, university scholarship, and avid athlete my whole life, I was noticeably out of place in this well-known albeit certainly not high-end spa. However I quickly accumulated a loyal following based on the fact that my clients and I held intelligent conversations and well the fun we had...let's keep that between 4 walls.

On graduating I still had a substantial amount of debt and wanted to get on with my life. But before I could do that I needed to pay off the credit card debt before I could take the risk of moving abroad to start fresh. I decided to take the next step into escorting and contacted easily the best agency in the city and of course, the best known. I committed to 6 months with the aim of ensuring that all debts were paid off and that I had enough to get by for a month or so once I moved. No other job would allow me the luxury of paying off the debt so fast and I enjoyed it (for the most part) because of the people that I met and the sexual freedom I enjoyed.

After 6 months I was completely debt free and as such left the business to move abroad to chase the dream of something new. I had no idea what to expect.

So where am I now?

At 26 years old, I am the youngest Director responsible for the growth and development of 6 countries in a global Internet empire, one which many of you would not only know, but also use (even if it is not regularly). I earn 6-figures well above $250,000 and I own a vast amount of stock due to joining early and consider myself an entrepreneur who has the ability to take a company from start-up to long-term growth and sustainability in a very short period of time.

I tell you this because I want to say thank you. Thank you for helping me get where I am today because had it not been for my job as an MP and SP, I certainly wouldn't have been able to chase my dreams abroad and I know that it has given me the ability to handle any man in the boardroom (although I wonder how many of them could have been one of my clients in another life).

Hope you found this mildly interesting and once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart to those of you who contributed to making me the person I am today.

The time spent in the profession will be nothing ,compared to the rest of your life's journey

May Good fortune follow you always, and I'm certain there is many members here with a suitcase full of memories of a very special person that past by for a short period of time

I was going to guess on whom you might be , there was an amazing lady of Asian/Cdn background that owed an very large amount of credit card debt thanks to the lifestyle of a BF ,

She left after about the same length of time. her story very close to yours.
but In my tenure here there have been several that have moved on in their life's journey
good luck to all of you, don't look back

Thank you for sharing. A lot of guys feel better about patronizing girls who use the industry to get ahead. It's nice to hear from a success story. Too often, we only hear about the ones who get caught up in the lifestyle and end up mired in the biz or leave with nothing in stock.

I don't know you, but I'm damned proud of you!

Hey Ex-p,

Glad you've achieved a high level of success with a 6-figure income. Getting into sp/mp to pay off your debts and it's nice to hear you got rid of those debts and you had clients you enjoyed meeting. Hope you continue being successful, especially in this economy.

What a refreshing counter-balance to the stories in mainstream media about the inevitable downward spiral of life in the sex trade.

I think it is very important that you shared your story because it can show a lot of ladies currently in the industry that being a sex worker is not all downhill from here. I personally very much enjoy what I do and this profession taught me a lot of great skills such as punctuality, responsibility, discretion and that you only get as much respect as you give first. Thank you for being a positive voice in this sometimes very negative world!

Y'know, I hate to be that guy but it seems to me everyone's taking for granted that this cinderella story is 100% true, and not just someone creating a new handle because they're bored on a cold, dreary Saturday afternoon. Just saying. If it is in fact true, my apologies for doubting you, and congratulations on a great success story.

+1 I felt the same way too. Hope it's true but I think the reality is that for most people who leave the business it's a fairly mundane life.

I think this post and the story is bullshit. It's what this board does best- sugar coat the ugly truth by playing this stupid game of fake posts and stuff. Most girls are so burnt out they can rarely get out of bed. I dated a few of the "top girls" in the 90's and NONE got out in tact including one who saved close to 500K. It was all gone two years after her retirement and she committed suicide on the TTC subway line. Many know her.

This story is put here by:
1) a clever pimp who is recruiting
2) a mod who is helping the recruitment

It's real, and it's spectacular

I completely understand where the doubt and skepticism comes from but I can assure you it is not some tall tale. I wanted to share my story because I know it is not often that ladies in my position once they leave the industry do.

For each woman, their reason why they got in and why they got out and what they went on to do afterwards will drastically differ given their personal circumstances and I can fully accept that a lot of women will not have had the same experience before and after that I did.

However it is as I said in my original post that often we don't hear about the positive side of this industry. Now don't get me wrong...there were moments where it is was very difficult yet I know dealing with those moments are what made me a stronger person and thus more successful in my present life.

I don't intend to change anyone's mind as personal opinions are what make Terb so great. Thanks to those of you for your support, it is much appreciated. And for those of you who doubt the authenticity of my story...well, I guess I will see you in the boardroom ;)

Very inspirational story, but I must ask:

Didn't the internet empire you work for ask for work history and referrals?
