Does anyone know what the average split is between the SP and the agency for, say, a $250 per hour fee? Does it change if there are multiple hours involved?

I'm thinking the SP gets $150, ballpark. Some variations from agency to agency, I imagine.

I see a regular provider and we have a great relationship. I feel like she tells me the truth and she's pretty clear that the split is 50/50, unless you are a star who attracts customers.
