You fully support it being submitted. But do you fully accept the the results of that statement of July 27? Do you accept that Hamas committed atrocities and crimes against humanity on Oct.7. You don't have the guts or the integrity. Or are you saying that HRW are incompetent by repeating debunked Israeli accusations? If that's the case we shouldn't believe any of their statements.

HRW does reports, they take the evidence presented by victims and do some investigation. When Israel gives them testimony its their job to report it for investigation. Same as they do after they found Israel is apartheid, committing genocide and settlers are acting as terrorists.

They send those reports to the UN, ICC and ICJ.

You still don't understand and keep backing HRW when they say you back genocide, Shazi.
Your naming HRW as a trustworthy source means you know you are backing some of the most evil shite humans have done to other humans in many a decade. You have made a valid argument that you know exactly what you are backing.

Nobody is disputing the process. Just the same as nobody is disputing your hypocrisy that we must listen to what HRW says, yet you refuse to accept their report of July 27 which clearly says that Hamas committed war crimes and crimes against humanity last Oct.7.

The July 27 report clearly repeats Israeli allegations that were debunked. But take them to the ICC and let them investigate to prove it.
