Resolutions adopted by the GA on agenda items are considered to be recommendations. They are not legally binding on the Member States.
If it were binding, the 1962 resolution would have brought Apartheid to an end immediately. However, Apartheid did not end for another THIRTY years. Why didn't it end? Because it is non-binding.
So in sum:
a) You do not even know how the UN works and considering you did not know that UN resolutions are NOT BINDING and are merely recommendations, the rest of your post is gobbledygook.
b) You provided an example of a UNGA resolution, that unwittingly disproved your own assertion, without even you realizing it.

The South Africa resolution was a UNGA resolution.
So the UNGA resolution declaring zionism is racism, Israel must end the occupation and the hundreds of other resolution Israel has ignored all show that Israel is a pariah state like apartheid South Africa was.
