Everyone who wants to save lives and calls for a ceasefire is either disingenuous or a fool.
Thus far you have provided not one iota of evidence how a ceasefire, which would require multilateral negotiations prior to the ceasefire going into place, could possibly be faster than a surrender by Hamas unilaterally and requires no negotiation. You haven't even tried because you know that what I say is true.
So, between disingenuous or a fool, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and pay you a compliment and say that you are not a fool.
So by process of elimination that means that you are a disingenuous, lying warmonger who wants Hamas to keep fighting rather than surrender in a war that they are getting soundly beaten.
Either a ceasefire or continuation of hostilities results in more deaths. That seems to clearly be your wish.
