Outbreak of ‘alien’ diseases in central Gaza

Reporting from Deir el-Balah, central Gaza
We just went inside Al-Aqsa Hospital, moving from one department to another.
We spoke to medical staff who described the outbreak of diseases as “alien”. The diseases are spreading among displaced people due to their poor living conditions, contaminated water, lack of sanitation and hygiene and the rising heat. The Israeli military destroyed the vast majority of Gaza’s sanitation facilities. It’s easy to walk along any of the roads here and see sewage.
This is all aggravating the spread of diseases, particularly infectious diseases among women, children and those who have health complications.
Inside Al-Aqsa Hospital, there is unanimous agreement that it is not a hospital any more. It’s not suitable for medical services, it’s not suitable to save lives.

Without a ceasefire, healing mental trauma is impossible: MSF

Doctors Without Borders (MSF) has called for an immediate and lasting ceasefire, as healing psychological wounds without it “will be impossible”.
MSF psychologist Davide Musardo, who recently left Gaza, explained his experience in a statement: “In some sessions we even had to shout to be heard, to overcome the sound of drones and bombs.
“And when there was no fighting outside, the background sound was the cries of children in the hospital. Children maimed, with burns or without parents. Children having panic attacks, because physical pain triggers psychological wounds when pain reminds you of the bomb that changed your life forever.
“Calmer children draw drones and military jets. War is everywhere in the hospital; the smell of blood is unbearable. This is the image I bring back from Gaza.”

They always have been.
And, as you well know, it is a counter-productive strategy in the system they are in.

This is why third parties collapse back after they get enough votes to cause people to regret their votes.

The better plan to make sure you can get power in a counter-majoritarian fashion is to have people decide to not vote at all.
There is a reason people spend so much money to help make sure that happens.

But since Butler and Frank and so on don't vote in US elections, I see no reason to treat them like voters I need to persuade.

Sometimes a no win happens. That's what this is. As an example look at the Dearborn area Muslims. They are going to either stay home, vote third party, or Vote Trump. All to stick it to Biden. Because he IS THE ONE, authorizing the bombs and simping to Israel.

It truly doesn't matter. When the two parties are the same, this is what happens.

And yet you've spend hours trying to convince me that not voting for Biden is 'punishing' him.
Are you just trying to justify why you will vote to 'reward' Biden and support the genocide?
