ICJ did not rule that Israel is committing genocide. If Israel were ICJ would have unequivocally said so. They don't give cryptic rulings as you tried to spin earlier.

The ICJ said the evidence presented shows South Africa's accusation of genocide to be 'plausible' so ordered Israel to stop the genocide, save all evidence, allow aid in and report back in 30 days. That was their mandate, to see if the case was plausible, which is what they found.
