The situation in Gaza will not be an election issue in Canada or the US. America will continue to support Israel irregardless of whomever is the POTUS. What would potential Pollievre and Trump governments do ? They would probably offer even greater support for Israel.

the Gaza conflict isn't the definitive reason the liberals and democrats will lose this election. Mass migration, Crime rate, Biden's age, Trudeau's scandals....Gaza conflict might be at the bottom of that list...or probably not even on the list...Hamas supporters knows, no matter who wins, Israel will get the support they need....Liberals / Conservatives / Democrats / Republicans are against terrorism...

Speaking in Munich, Kamala Harris has reiterated several US priorities for the end of the war on Gaza.
“To get to the day after,” she said, “hostages need to be released. We must understand the importance of the principles that should be applied to the day after, including no reoccupation of Gaza, no change to its geographic territory, no return of terrorism by Hamas.”
She added that the Palestinian Authority should take over governance in Gaza after the war ends and a two-state solution should be implemented, two US positions that Israel has frequently and publicly disagreed with.
“There cannot be, in my opinion, peace and security for that region, for the people of Israel or the Palestinians and the people of Gaza without a two-state solution,” she said.
