I am sure a social media aficionado like yourself is perfectly capable of doing so by yourself.Cool, share the links, since you shared that one.

We can go back and forth all night long, I won't budge in that it is exclusionary language. No it is not exclusionary.
Religion or nationality is not even mentioned because it isn't just whites that are Jewish, Christian or European. Asian is included as they are racialized minorities too.
Seeking minorities isn't exclusionary of caucasians as caucasians are the numerically superior group that already dominate the workforce.
You made the claim that it's out there, so share it, give some direction on how to find it. Is it that difficult? You shared the first link gleefully, so I pointed out how convenient it was that there is nothing about the church rejecting her calls for food.I am sure a social media aficionado like yourself is perfectly capable of doing so by yourself.
You gave an example that was not valid, as I just picked that apart.I just gave you an example of how it's exclusionary language.
Hire based on qualifications, leave everything else out of it.
Caucasians may have historically been "over represented" (is how you would probably love to phrase it) in the workforce because that is/was the predominant race and that's it, nothing more, nothing less.

You keep repeating that as if repeating it would magically make it make sense."As I.. " picked that apart. lol It's exclusionary, it ends there.
Do you dislike being in your own skin?
You gave an example that was not valid, as I just picked that apart.
The hiring IS based on qualifications, amongst equity seeking groups.
Caucasians were over represented both due to numerical superiority and due to systemic discrimination against minorities, which is why we need DEI.
Hence caucasians are not being excluded when seeking minorities or when seeking to represent under represented communities.
Some offered, some said they couldn't because of lack of funding, resources, one said that they were a smaller church and could only help out locals.
Either is fine.Would you want a qualified pilot, regardless of color or whatever else or one that identified as gender fluid, gay, muslim/jewish that was black/white/asian and had no skills to be a pilot?
Yeah, like 2 out of 26 vs 1 out of 1 for the Islamic center. Some offered, some said they couldn't because of lack of funding, resources, one said that they were a smaller church and could only help out locals.
Adds up to me.
That doesn't seem to be how Islam works. What has me puzzled is, why offer to help strangers if they're not "believers" of the Koran? The "infidel" stuff you know?
Of COURSE it can't be biological or genetic. You have zero clue who Gregor Mendel is do you? Just one more indication on why you hold the opinions you do.Race is not biological or genetic.
So what else can it be?
"isn't race based hiring." uh huh.Visible minorities or racialized minorities are a diverse group.
Targeting underrepresented groups like visible minorities, Indigenous peoples, women, or persons with disabilities is indeed legal.
What would be illegal is hiring exclusively for a specific racial group — e.g., “Only Black candidates.” See your quote below:
The ad you shared doesn’t do that. It simply encourages applications from qualified candidates who self-identify as part of these groups.
The goal is not exclusion but to increase diversity and representation where these groups have been historically underrepresented.
This is good and isn't race based hiring.
Yes it isn't and no I changed nothing in my response because I quoted you verbatim."isn't race based hiring." uh huh.
You just changed your response based on the information I provided you. You should thank me for educating you.
None of this is true.Back to the original question - yes immigration of incompatible groups is dangerous and will inevitably change our fabric if immigration is done at negligently high levels as it was done by Trudeau’s LPC govt.
Certain religions and cultures are extremely fervent and will not change. I applaud this. But please, don’t go to another country expecting the people of that country to bend rules and customs to your way of life, your beliefs or your culture.
we are a great country, we have the ability to pick from the best immigrant pool, the Trudeau govt squandered that opportunity and we are now fucked
really ?None of this is true.
If you think it is please provide examples of how your rules, customs or beliefs have been bent.
Nope, you can wish people Merry Christmas today and it is not tabboo, nor is it cancelled as evidenced by all the Christmas decorations and celebrations we see every year.At one point it had become taboo to wish someone a Merry Christmas. Christmas was being cancelled. thankfully woke is over and it’s back
Yes we have cities that are ethnic enclaves and it is natural an MP from that riding will be one from that ethnicity.Another?
Politically we have certain racial groups that are highly represented in certain ridings with MP’s of their heritage elected. These MP’s have influenced Canadian policy to bend towards their political goals for the country of their origin....
You are wrongNope, you can wish people Merry Christmas today and it is not tabboo, nor is it cancelled as evidenced by all the Christmas decorations and celebrations we see every year.
Also, not sure what you mean by "Woke is over".
It is not.
Yes we have cities that are ethnic enclaves and it is natural an MP from that riding will be one from that ethnicity.
Also, yes it is the job of the MP to influence Canadian policy making for the benefit of his constituents.
As I said, nothing you said earlier is remotely true.
You said Christmas was cancelled.Happy Holidays replaced Merry Christmas for years and no one can negate that
How? What are woke policies that are dead?Woke is dead - evidenced clearly by the fact that canada was about vote in a relatively far right conservative hadn’t it been for a progressive conservative by the name of Carney replacing woke poster-boy Trudeau
Ethnic enclaves are not new to Canada and have existed for decades.and your last point is self explanatory- high levels of immigration lead to concentration in an area, over the decades members of the group become citizens and become MP’a - all good with that.
Well, we don't live in a vacuum. But the problem is exactly as you said- with immigration we start to focus our own policy on the political issues of other countries whereas we would likely never have given much time or political resources to those problems
