The point of the law falls apart. Its like arguing to people who live in a desert that all conversations lead to trees and then thinking that would be exceptional in a forest.
It only worked as long as people thought being a nazi or talking about nazis was a massive taboo.
Now that america has been backing genocide for a couple of years and the supremacists are everywhere, nazi discussion is common.
So sure, the odds are close to 1 that all conversations will lead to discussion about nazis but its like claiming its special to say all conversations at McDonald's will eventually discuss fries.

The sad part is that its harder to argue that nazis are incompatible to western life now.
