There is no hiring for specific races in Canada. That is illegal.
I'm trying to figure out if you're serious or not.

First. You haven't seen the job postings for POC, First Nations (they want true bloods) and the like? I'm sure you have yet you respond like this?

Easy example
The call is open only to qualified individuals who self-identify as a member of a racialized minority.

Second. Actually it's not illegal. A two second google search would determine this. You do know how to search the internet right? Or do you just randomly reply with wrong shit that you've made up in your head?

Feel free to search for the phrase, "visible minority"

The Employment Equity Act of 1987 identifies four equity-seeking groups: visible minorities, Indigenous people, women and those with disabilities. The act requires federally regulated industries — the public service, banks and airlines, for example — to target these groups to get better representation within the workforce.

If you're completely wrong on this, what other stuff are your opinions just dumb on? Your posts would be better if you researched your opinions first.

Visible minorities or racialized minorities are a diverse group.
Targeting underrepresented groups like visible minorities, Indigenous peoples, women, or persons with disabilities is indeed legal.
What would be illegal is hiring exclusively for a specific racial group — e.g., “Only Black candidates.” See your quote below:
Well, IF that were true there wouldn't be hiring for specific races now would there....
The ad you shared doesn’t do that. It simply encourages applications from qualified candidates who self-identify as part of these groups.
The goal is not exclusion but to increase diversity and representation where these groups have been historically underrepresented.
This is good and isn't race based hiring.

That's exactly what it is and everybody knows it.

The link for the job posting literally uses exclusionary language, nothing inclusive about it.
It mentions what types of people should apply first AND THEN qualifications are mentioned as though they are an addendum to the job posting.

How?
Recruiting visible minorities is inclusion, not exclusion.
They were previously excluded and measures have been taken to include them more and more. This is good.

If you're Asian, European, Jewish, Christian, you can participate in this thread.... (anyone that isn't either one of those can't post here... you're excluded).

Oh if you know what 2+2 is, you qualify.

No, it doesn't.
It mentions - The call is open only to qualified individuals who self-identify as a member of a racialized minority.
Clearly, the word "qualified" appears before "racialized". The very next section is the list of qualifications.
Also, there is nothing exclusionary about it. The entire posting is to be inclusive of under represented communities.

I don't think asking for a doctoral degree or an equivalent can be compared to "knowing 2+2".
Also, the posting does not say anything about religion.
Caucasians are not being excluded when racialized minorities are sought after because the majority of positions are occupied by caucasians anyway.
It is under represented minorities that are excluded which is why we need these inclusivity programs.

A woman calls multiple churches for baby formula as a social experiment and they all decline to help.
The only ones that helped was an Islamic center.
And here we have people talking about how Islam is not compatible with the west. lmao.
It's too bad she didn't share the church calls that apparently rejected her and that AI voice stuff has to go.

...which is exclusionary (language) still.

No it is not exclusionary.
Religion or nationality is not even mentioned because it isn't just whites that are Jewish, Christian or European. Asian is included as they are racialized minorities too.
Seeking minorities isn't exclusionary of caucasians as caucasians are the numerically superior group that already dominate the workforce.
