....Harper's got to win and then actually begin the slow, thankless process of rolling back the dead hand of government from our lives. Chinese and Indian manufacturing hegemony is coming folks so we better start to get our head out of our asses really fast so that we can compete. Our present prosperity has rested on a 30% swing in the terms of trade of our exports, combined with a robust US economy; both these drivers ain't gonna last forever. We need tax cuts and a large rollback in the size of the state here....but it probably won't happen.
