Pretty sure that you're correct.I am confused with some of the responses.
danmand most likely meant for this as a tongue in cheek dig at MAGA aficionados.

You guys joined within weeks of each other. You must be new. TERB is a hot mess on a good day![]()
My point is what is directly stated the quote. Is your point that right-wing extremists just happen to be more competent than left-wing extremists, actually accomplish what they say and thus the reason why they are more of a danger?
I’m not justifying the actions but providing one possible reason for this and this is censorship. The left don’t get censored. The right have been heavily censored on free speech. They’ve been told what the new normal is as dictated by the liberal media and their government. This is the whole reason people like your fellow countryman, (whom I know you don’t care much for) Jordan Peterson has become such a popular world figure. My point is what is directly stated the quote.
Which is that the majority of terrorism is from the right.
Free Speech:The right have been heavily censored on free speech.
Boy, you sure ran for the hills on that one, eh??You missed the point of my post. By whose Country's standards am I to define what a Communist is?
It's not the right question. The obvious answer would be for me to cut-and-paste the Oxford Dictionary definition. Lazy answer to a lazy question.
Well, you can concealed carry in FL, IIRC. So at least you could fire back when the righties attack you.Around 2016 I was golfing in Myrtle and some southerners were asking what I thought of trump. Not wishing to have a 7 iron wrapped around my neck, I told them that seeing as I'm Canadian and our Conservative party is more left wing than your Democrats, my perspective of politics is so different from yours, I can't comment on what goes on in your country.
I was able to finish my round.
Nothing justifies terror attacks.Ah, so no, "we must root cause this". Cool.
I am not talking about workplace bullying, harassment, or racism. This has been consistent for several decades, although it is certainly being enforced more now than ever in mandatory workplace training.Free Speech:
You are confusing consequences with censorship.
If you racially abuse someone, harass a woman at work, or make anti-LGBTQ comments you are going to get fired from your job.
This is not an attack on your freedoms.
It is a consequence of your actions.
Social media censorship:
Has 2 sources.
1. The Republicans and Democrats have asked social media platforms to remove content they considered defamatory or as misinformation.
2. Social media platforms have their own rules as they are private and when people break those rules they get suspended. Again not an attack on free speech, but it is a consequence of your free speech.
The government involvement in moderation was on both sides.I am talking about social media and in the public domain.. For example, many parents have had complaints on woke topics being forced into school curriculums only to be told to shut up. This is very unsettling for parents.
While social media platforms are private entities, significant government involvement in content moderation decisions can invoke First Amendment scrutiny, questioning whether these platforms act as proxies for state censorship. Facebook heavily censored people due to the government forcing them to. Zuck finally grew a pair and came to his senses.
So are you really arguing that there is a similar amount of left-wing and right-wing terrorism in the US but right-wingers are just much more successful at it?
I love enmos’s post about Elon’s “molesting the truth.” So true.Lefties are so violent
Yankistan is myIs Yankistan where you are from? How is the culture there.
This is one of those massive differences between Canada and the US that you truly have to experience it first time to understand how incompatible we are as people. Asking perfect strangers questions about politics -- and especially religion -- is extremely taboo in Canada, but it seems to be common practice in the USA.Around 2016 I was golfing in Myrtle and some southerners were asking what I thought of trump. Not wishing to have a 7 iron wrapped around my neck, I told them that seeing as I'm Canadian and our Conservative party is more left wing than your Democrats, my perspective of politics is so different from yours, I can't comment on what goes on in your country.

Not true, look at the media suppression and attacks on free speech for both Palestine protesters and climate change protesters. I was talking to a an american tenured prof the other day and they said you just can't say the word 'Palestine' there without massive censure. On the right people are being censured over waving nazi flags and claiming that's an attack on free speech. People have lost their jobs for protesting on the left way more than on the right.I’m not justifying the actions but providing one possible reason for this and this is censorship. The left don’t get censored. The right have been heavily censored on free speech. They’ve been told what the new normal is as dictated by the liberal media and their government. “If you tell people they can’t speak, they scream. If you tell them they can’t scream, they tear things down. Free speech is a precondition for peace.”
I anticipate major race conflicts in the UK as a result of social media censorship laws. The government can’t tell people what to do and think based. Trump is doing the same against Trans and I anticipate bad events coming from this as well from Ts.
Very much, do the righties on the board now think this is middle right?I love enmos’s post about Elon’s “molesting the truth.” So true.
Remember the story about the little boy that cried wolf?Very much, do the righties on the board now think this is middle right?
apologiesRemember the story about the little boy that cried wolf?
When you call everyone that you disagree with a Nazi for a decade, people begin tuning you out.
That's why it's so dangerous when you abuse words for political and social capital.
totally avoided and missed my point.... Guy Caballero called... you're fired.you prove my point
children are born innocent & uncorrupted
adults have the responsibility to shelter children from the harsh realities of life , until they mature enough to start understanding some issues can be very complex
and how to view issues from different perspectives
No politician left or right should be a role model for children as politicians are inherently biased one way or another
implanting a political bias in child before they understand what a bias is, pretty much defines indoctrination
Donald Trump, Hilary Clinton, Marco Rubio, the cackling moron Kamala etc are not role models for children
just as there should not be a check list of left or right leaning views to instill in children
what planet are you on ?totally avoided and missed my point.... Guy Caballero called... you're fired.
and i just repeated my pointChildren now have Donald Trump as a role model
the rest is covered as wellNo politician left or right should be a role model for children as politicians are inherently biased one way or another
againso how will they learn right from wrong or treat others nicely?
is this your big point? No politician left or right should be a role model for children as politicians are inherently biased one way or another
yes its a given Trump triggers you, nothing new thereIf Trump is right , I want to be wrong!
So are you saying then that Timothy McVeigh, or Dylann Roof for example had legitimate causes for their terrorism and if they were in power, their attack considered legitimate? Please, the difference between a Freedom Fighter and a Terrorist is who is in power....
