Israel facilitates ample aid to Gaza while Hamas continually claims that a "famine" and "genocide" are taking place. In fact, some casualties occurred to civilians in the combat zone because Hamas entrenched in civilian buildings, espec hospitals and no famine took place.

Hamas has claimed that 30,000 deaths have taken place in a population of 2M after 6 months of fighting in a heavily built up area with massive civilian presence. The Hamas figure is likely massively exaggerated, as Hamas' strategy is to raid Israel and murder civilians and take hostages and then claim "genocide" when Israel invades Gaza to take out Hamas. So the greater the international outrage is, the more international leverage Hamas has. So Hamas is very motivated to exaggerate civilian casualties.

There are 2 types of people who support Hamas on this board. The first are the hardcore Israel-haters like Frankie and Klatty.

The second is self-righteous lefties like yourself who know little about what is happening in Gaza, but rant about "genocide" anyway.

I see the tv news reports from BBC to CTV to NBC to AlJazeera and they show injured children wandering the streets filled with rubble from bombed out buildings. Israel isn't killing those kids, Hamas is. By etablishing military strongpoints in hospitals and schools. Israel is going to destroy Hamas to prevent 7 October re occurring. That's the end goal and why the civilian casualties are acceptable.
