I've heard he is holding back on resigning Governor's job because he wants to use that as a card to play in discussions with justice department about whether he will be charged in this thing.

I find the Spitzer's circumstance unsettling.....does anyone else empathize with him in a way? Obviously not in the sense of sharing his responsiblities professionally, but, rather empathizing on a personal level. How many of us are hobbying knowing full well that if we are found out a la Spitzer, our familiies would be devastated too. Our carefully cultivated public image would be profoundly altered from "respectable citizen" to "pervert". This whole scandal has been very unsettling for me.....wonder if anyone else shares these feelings as well. Lastly, how many of us have left an electronic trail that could be followed to track us? I know I have. Ladies/Agencies, what is standard procedure regarding emails? Do you delete them to protect the identity of your clients? I'm concerned, obviously, and hope that there are steps taken to protect clients privacy.....
