I knew Hyperdog had it, but I didn't know you had too. It is interesting. Is there a thread where you discuss your experiences? I hope it goes well for CB.
Even though I never met CB, he is my facebook friend. CB is a good guy. He is just like anyone else looking to move up in the ladder (see ladder theory thread). Height increase definately enhances male attractiveness, no question there. However, I am still skeptical to what extent does it help, and if the cost and time is worth it. However, CB also recently started learning pickup / seduction technologies, which I believe will help him getting laid even more than LL surgery. I am proud that CB is taking actions improving himself, making himself more attractive to women, instead of blaming the world treating him unfairly, or live in denial settling for an average to ugly girl, then live out their fantasies with attractive escorts - like many of the guys do on here.

Not really, until recently I just kept it to myself. I don't really harp on it that much, actually, don't really think about it much either. One thing I do know is, I am not the shortest guy around all the time anymore and I love my new height. I went from 5'5 1/2" to 5'8" using internal femurs with Dr. Betz ( same guy CB is having surgery with right now as we speak). Of course, even post LL I am still short, but way better than it used to be. You can look up previous posts I have made to see my comments/history of LL.
No ethical doctor would perform this kind of procedure. There should be a special kind of psychiatric ward for people who agree to have it.
You may be right. Even at 5'5 1/2 I never had a problem getting girls. if CB gets rid of the thing that he hates most about himself, good for him. I think his attitude will change.
$50,000 and 6 months post-op just don't seem in line with a non life saving operation. I'm guessing that LTD policies won't cover for lost income aswell.

Thanks Man. It really is not something that you want to shout from the rooftop. As you can see, many people think it is crazy, and in fact, it is embarrasing to admit that you don't like being short, quite vain for a man people think. It is expensive, somewhat risky, can be quite painful at times, and you walk like a gimp for almost a year. Even with all these factors, I would do it again. I used to wear lifts for many years. When you take off your shoes you drop like 2-3 inches, you avoid activities where you need to remove your shoes like going to the beach or going to house parties. You hide your shoes from people so they won't notice the lifts and you get a sore back and feet from the angle of the lifts. In your mind, you wonder if people notice the lifts and think about how embarrassing it would be if people found out.
