If I was a juror I'd be tempted to acquitThe lane, the whole fuckin lane as by law also belongs to me too.
Aggressive, reckless, road raging owner of the road in 2 tons of motorized vehicle explains it to the cop:
"That cyclist was in my way in the middle of the lane in front me, pissing me off, so I ran him over."
Seriously, I ride the College Street bike lanes and there there is no way they can fit three abreast.Seriously, a lot of those bike lanes are FAT. The College St bike lane. The University Ave bike lane....
The City of Toronto does not collect gas tax, they pay for roads from property taxes.car drivers pay for these roads through gas tax
bike riders pay nothing and yet they want to use the roads somebody else payed for
typical commie left
Bike lanes were built because there are so many horrible licensed drivers they are needed. I for one have a license (had one for 40+ years) and know the rules of the road. I mutter under my breath every time I see a driver roll through a stop sign, or take a red as a yield sign. Cyclists aren't the only ones, motorists are just as guilty.cyclists do not know how to ride on the road because they do not have a drivers license
and they simply do not know the rules
Really? If I was a juror I'd be tempted to acquit
4 months of decent weather, that's not true. April to November is more than 4 months and in Toronto you can ride in December, sometimes even into January. And in March on the back end of our now pathetic winters too.Half the year. We're lucky to get 4 months of decent weather in Ontario.
I find it funny when people try to claim you can only bike for 4 months a year.Half the year. We're lucky to get 4 months of decent weather in Ontario.
Ok, I will look at them today and report back.....Seriously, I ride the College Street bike lanes and there there is no way they can fit three abreast.
"Sidewalks, what's the deal with them? Sidewalks are a disaster! They're for commie pinko latte sipping, car hating downtown elites! They are in the way of adding a lane in either direction of every roadway from here to Timbuktu! Car drivers are always phoning me and saying, "Doug, do something about those fuckin sidewalks! They're only used by commie pinko downtown elitists." Every where I go, everyone comes up to me and says, 'get rid of sidewalks, sidewalks, sidewalks!', Folks, folks, folks, this sidewalk insanity has got to stop! Therefore, I will be enacting legislation outlawing sidewalks in commie pinko wards throughout the city"but not every cyclist has a drivers license
Ford will change it soon
Bring a measuring tape!Ok, I will look at them today and report back.....![]()

Not a word, not a single fuckin word that Ford and his kneejerk reactionary supporters say about bike lanes is based in logic, reason, fact and evidence. It's all culture war nonsense that will not do a fuckin thing to improve congestion. Instead of dealing with real problems, the sheer number of vehicles on the limited number of road space, Ford employs culture war tactics on trivial issues and billions of dollars' worth of bribes to con rubes, hicks, hayseeds and yokels for the upcoming election.I find it funny when people try to claim you can only bike for 4 months a year.
Its idiotic.
Usually there are only 2-4 weeks of weather where there is too much snow to bike.
Okay, so you semi-plagiarize quotes.I used quotation marks
so no
And yet we don't see many people biking the other 48-50 weeks of the year.I find it funny when people try to claim you can only bike for 4 months a year.
Its idiotic.

Removing the bike lanes won't improve congestion but installing them did make it worse. Not a word, not a single fuckin word that Ford and his kneejerk reactionary supporters say about bike lanes is based in logic, reason, fact and evidence. And when 4 bicycle cops occupy the same whole lane and a motorist runs them over, you would be tempted to acquit the motorist too?If I was a juror I'd be tempted to acquit
More Doug induced hyperbole.Removing the bike lanes won't improve congestion but installing them did make it worse.
Millions upon millions of bicycle trips per year is, "we don't see many people biking".And yet we don't see many people biking the other 48-50 weeks of the year
No it's common sense. Unlike the Chow nonsense that bike lanes improve traffic flow and are a benefit to local businesses.More Doug induced hyperbole.
Give Larry David and George Costanza their due, Juan.Okay, so you semi-plagiarize quotes.
