Williams looking like they’ve turned the corner and are a legit mid-field team, hope they can keep it going.
Once Sargeant's over his rookie year I look forward to Williams rising again.

Here are some vintage images from when F1 was insanely dangerous for drivers and spectators:

1959 Monsanto (Harry Schell, BRM P25).jpg

1961 Reims (Jim Clark, Innes Ireland, Lotus 21).jpg

1961 Zandvoort (Richie Ginther, Ferrari 156).jpg

1962 Spa (Phil Hill and Ricardo Rodriguez, Ferrari 156).jpg

1963 Mexico (Jim Clark, Lotus 25).jpeg

1963 Nürburgring (John Surtees Ferrari 156, Jim Clark Lotus 25).jpg

1964 Monaco (Jim Clark, Lotus 25).jpeg

1964 Solitude (2).jpg

1964 Spa (André Pilette, Scirocco SP).jpeg

Most of these pics are much larger than the display. If you save the image, view the attachment, or hover your mouse pointer over any image, usually there are details in the file names about the year, circuit and driver(s).

I'm worried.

With Imola flooded, this is the one race where Red Bull could actually lose. Monza holds special significance, if Red Bull doesn't break through my investment goes tits up.

Fascinating pics Onomatopoeia, was that Accari going over the wall?

Ferrari bio-pic for the holiday season, Adam Driver is a great actor I'm sure he'll nail the accent. He also wants nothing to do with a Star Kaak relaunch.

The insurance company didn't want Driver driving the cars.

Who's Accari?

Too easy for Verstappen man. Sainz fought really hard but Max is too good.

I did think Perez, Hamilton, Russell and Albon did a great job too.

My mistake Alberto Ascari was a Ferrari driver in the 50's, won two GP title before getting killed while testing a new prototype. He was 36 (last pic # 263)

It couldn't possibly have been Alberto Ascari; he finished all of his races at Spa, and only drove front-engined cars.

The upside down Ferrari in the trees was driven by Chris Amon, (Monza, 1968). The car half way off the cliff was Jo Bonnier's Cooper-Maserati, (Spa-Francorchamps 1966).

Hover your mouse pointer over any of the vintage pics I post, and you'll know as much about the image as I do.

See post #269.

Added to the Formula 1 video archive:

1970, 1976 and 1983 Season Reviews: Highlights of most races in each season.

Grand Prix - The Killer Years: Documentary about late 1950's and 1960's F1.

1985 Australian Grand Prix: Complete race, English commentary,TV-> VHS sourced. This was the first race on the Adelaide street circuit, and a very exiting one it was. There's lots of action from start to finish.

1982 Swiss Grand Prix: Highlights, short edit.

1979 French Grand Prix: Long edit. One of the great drives of Gilles Villeneuve's career.

1983 Long Beach Grand Prix: Short edit.

1975 British Grand Prix: Long edit.

1985 San Marino Grand Prix: Long edit.

Jim Clark - The Quiet Champion: Documentary

2005 Japanese Grand Prix: Full race, Spanish commentary. An amazing finnish.

1975 International Trophy: Non-Championship Formula 1 race. Long edit.

2007 Canadian Grand Prix - Robert Kubica crash: A spectacular accident at the approach to the hairpin at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve.

Onboard Races: 2010 Belgian Grand Prix, 2010 Brazilian Grand Prix, 2010 Monaco Grand Prix, 2011 Singapore Grand Prix: I have about 30 of these, all from 2009-2012. The entire race is shown from various onboard cameras, with no commentary. These are amazing, especially the race starts, like real life video games!

1965 Dutch Grand Prix: Short edit.

Senna: 2010 documentary.
