That guy is tough on drivers, zero bullshit, look at Nick de Vries. He wasn't performing up to expectations and he is gone, not even a full season.

I always got the vibe that whenever Marko is around Christian, Christian seems to be distant from Marko, Christian has thing look and feel about him as though he's keeping his distance and is cautiously guarded.

Unlike Monza, Singapore is hazardous. George Russell deserved a podium finish, brake seizure took him out, Carlos Sainz drove the last three laps with his left front tire completely shot. There goes my wager on Red Bull, but I'm very happy just the same. This was a year of discovery for Vasseur and Loverno, they have no excuse if they don't field a racer that can compete with Red Bull in 2024.

I thought in the replay it looked like he hit a bump or the wall for a real fast second and that eventually just let him out of control down a straight line. I don't think his brakes would have saved him even if they did lock up, Lewis was literally right behind him.
I must have been extremely hot in Singapore, it possible that the track buckled and Russell drove over it. At least Singapore doesn't have blind corners like Baku.
He clipped the wall, I thought I saw his car jut out sharply, just caught the tail end of it during the live show.

That's the problem going with a softer tires on an extremely hot surface. Watching it on the big screen, the shredding was intense, front right tire hit the wall.
